The sacral chakra is the second energy center located in the lower abdomen. When balanced, we feel emotionally stable, creatively inspired, and connected to sensual pleasures. When it’s blocked, it can lead to feelings of guilt, shame, or detachment from one’s emotions and creativity. It influences our ability to experience joy, form healthy relationships, and express our desires and creativity.
