Each workshop is designed to help you tap into the unique power of each chakra and cultivate balance and healing in your life.

The first workshop in this series surrounds the Root Chakra, located at the base of the spine, which is the foundation of our energy system, connecting us to the earth and grounding us in the present moment. It governs our sense of stability, safety, and security. When the Root Chakra is activated and balanced, we feel secure, confident, and deeply rooted in ourselves and the world around us. We are able to face life’s challenges with a strong sense of stability, resilience, and physical vitality. An activated Root Chakra fosters a sense of belonging, helping us feel supported and empowered in all aspects of life. Join us for this workshop and learn how to awaken your roots!
